SLEEP LOGICS, LLC : PEDIATRIC SLEEP CONSULTING
Specializing in the Newborn Period, Molly Prepares and Equips Parents to Avoid 'Sleep Training' Down the Road. Molly Also Works With Parents on Existing Baby/Toddler Sleep Concerns
Sleep is a big deal.
As a healthcare practitioner, I understand how vital sleep is when it comes to physical recovery, fighting illness, regulating emotions and behaviors, and its impact on mental health.
As a mother, I understand that we cannot be expected to operate optimally without adequate sleep.
It is my job to help you get the sleep you need with as few tears as possible.
Dear parents: I hear you, I see you, I've been you
When I became a mom, I was faced with the all too common challenge of a very 'spirited' baby who was difficult to settle and struggled through the night for what seemed like forever. After much trial and error and diligent book and research diving, I realized that the baby/toddler sleep game was HARD...and no-one seems to prepare parents for it!
Without the sleep I needed, I found myself becoming forgetful, struggling to focus, being less productive at work, neglecting my marriage, and struggling with patience with my baby. This was unsustainable.
That's when Sleep Consulting called my name.
I fused my Occupational Therapy (MS) degree with Sleep Consulting to help parents get the sleep they need by giving their children the support and skills required to rock their naps and nights like champs!
I've got you covered on milestones, appropriate child development, biological sleep rhythms, effective and safe sleep training methods, & support for mommas post-partum.
Let me be your light at the end of the tunnel.
